HAVEN provides a confidential and safe environment for healthcare professionals licensed in the State of Connecticut to access educational, rehabilitative, and support services.
Our Mission & Vision
Our mission is to enhance patient safety in Connecticut by promoting the health and wellness of healthcare professionals. We achieve this through education and prevention, early detection and intervention, referral for evaluation and treatment, and ongoing support and accountability.
Our vision is to be the leader in promoting the well-being of healthcare professionals in the State of Connecticut through monitoring, advocacy, and education, and by doing so, promoting quality patient care and the wellbeing of the community they serve.
